  • On-line access to the WildFit 90 Day Challenge with the program modules, videos, and tools to track your progress.  Through weekly videos, you'll learn the ONLY food psychology and lifestyle changes you'll ever need.  
  • I offer various options for 1-to-1 coaching call packages using the Zoom application.  ***  If you are able to get a group of 5 friends and family to join you, I will do weekly live group sessions on the Zoom application.  By having accountability partners, you are more likely to succeed in following the WildFit guidelines and having support is key to motivation and progress!
  • Access to the WildFit® private Facebook group.  Our private group will help you stay on track and will also be a rich resource for recipes, encouragement and support. 
  • Copy of the Living WildFit® e-book.  This e-book contains practical tips and resources to help you make WildFit® a sustainable lifestyle change that you can carry with you forever.  
     Wildfit® teaches you how to eat ONLY the exact diet meant for humans, backed by years of study and research.  As a result of eating this way, your weight will naturally regulate itself, your sleep will get better, your energy and fitness will improve, and your overall health and quality of life will soar.

After completing the WildFit® 14-Day Reset, you will have a choice of continuing onwards with Week 3 of the WildFit® 90 Day Challenge.  
If you continue at the Week 3 point, your cost will be at the discounted price.  The normal cost of the WildFit® 90 Day Challenge is $1495.
  • One option is $895 with personalized weekly coaching sessions for 13 weeks.
  • Another option is $395 self-study with TWO 30-minute personalized 1:1 coaching sessions during the mid-point and end of the challenge.  
  • A third option is $595 self-study with SIX 30-minute personalized 1:1 coaching sessions every two weeks of the challenge.  
  • Group option:  If you are able to get 5 or more friends and family members to join you, I will offer a discounted group price for each participant and offer personalized weekly coaching sessions for 13 weeks.

Getting the most out of the WildFit® program:
     1)  Showing up to the coaching calls is key to understanding the concepts and getting questions answered.   
     2)  Posting twice a week in our private Facebook group page about any questions or comments about the coaching calls and weekly videos. 
     3)  Providing your Daily Check-Ins on the Membership site at least once each week about your progress, concerns, etc.

*These terms must be completed to get your money back BEFORE Day 60 of the WildFit Group Challenge:
You must complete 80% of the program:  
1) you watched all of the weekly training modules in the WildFit membership site, 
2) you updated the Daily Check-ins at least twice each week, or posted weekly in our private Facebook group, 
4) you attended the live weekly coaching sessions and/or watched all of the recorded coaching sessions, 
5) you are not satisfied with your results, and
